62nd ANCA Conference (Thur to Sat) Nov_09_2023
Brothers of ANCA,
I bring you greetings on behalf of our Assistant District Director, Brother Brandon Smith, and the entire ANCA Leadership Team. It is my honor to issue the Official Convention Call for the 62nd ANCA District Conference to be held November 9-12, 2023, at the Hilton Charlotte Airport in Charlotte, North Carolina. This year’s convention theme is: “The Continuing Challenge: Alpha’s Next Generation?”
To help ensure the safety of all conference attendees, we will adhere to all protocols and guidelines outlined by our corporate office and any state or local government officials. While COVID-19 vaccination is not required, masks are recommended.
At a minimum, each ANCA chapter must register its Delegate Strength for the District Conference. Please remit payment in a timely manner to the District Treasurer, Brother Robert Pompey.
Payment is required for your delegate strength, irrespective of how many delegates the chapter sends to the district conference. Our District Financial Secretary, Brother Keith Hudson, has distributed invoices to each of the chapters across the district, so payment should be remitted as soon as possible.
